Physical Health: Recap

Alrighty. So far, so good. We are one third of the way to health. And, remember, health = happiness. The list below summarizes the components of physical health discussed in previous articles. If any of these items are missing in your physical health column, make sure you get them in there, ASAP.

If you have every one of the components that make up physical health – holy shit – good for you! Your goal should now be to smack the word “quality” in front of every one of those elements (i.e. “quality food”, “quality exercise”, “quality sleep”). Great news: you get to define what “quality” means to you. But before you think about it, let’s make sure your mental health is in good order.
