Last, but not least, go the f#!k to sleep.
Sleep is incredibly critical for physical (and mental) health. You have heard it before: get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Sure, some nights you will get less, some nights you will get more. Do your best to stick to 7 or 8 hours as much as possible.
Unless you are younger than 18ish or a professional athlete, sleeping more than 8 hours should probably be a rare occurrence. Sleeping more than 9 hours is most likely a waste of time.
If you have good sleep habits, then you should be one happy mother trucker. If you do not sleep well or enough, make it the highest priority to fix this problem.
Prohibit all electronics/screens and limit your light exposure 1-2 hours before bed, empty your mind, and go to SLEEP. Be grateful for your bed, your pillow, and your blanky. Many people do not even have a good floor to sleep on. Sweet dreams!
